Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we cannot reach you to confirm delivery. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you.

Please give correct contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees. They can change, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. Delivery charges and any discount are shown before you confirm.

Payment is by cash on delivery. With cash on delivery, payment is due in full when your order is delivered.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or finish can occur between your screen and the real item. Stock is limited, and an item may sell out while it is in your cart.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered on our shipping page and returns and refunds on our returns page. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Using the website

Please do not misuse the website, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. All text, images and designs on this site belong to us or our suppliers, and may not be copied without our permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to provide the shop and our products as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
