Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Add the items you like to your cart, open the cart and choose checkout. You can check out as a guest or sign in to keep track of your orders.
How can I pay?
You can pay with cash on delivery, when the courier brings your order. Online card payment is not available yet.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter your code in the cart. The discount is shown before you confirm. A code may have a minimum order amount or an end date.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can with your order number. We can usually change or cancel an order before it is shipped.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Pakistan.
How long will delivery take?
We prepare orders within 1 to 2 working days, and delivery then takes 3-5 working days depending on your city.
How much is delivery?
Delivery within Pakistan costs Rs 250, and is free on orders over Rs 3,000.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open your orders to see the status. If you ordered as a guest, contact us with your order number.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. See our returns page for the steps.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 2 days of delivery, with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Which pack size should I choose?
Where a product comes in several pack sizes or variants (for example a scent or a flavour), they are shown on the product page. If you are not sure, contact us before ordering and we will help.
How should I store coffee, tea and cleaning products?
Keep coffee and tea sealed, dry and away from strong smells. Store cleaning products and air fresheners upright, closed, out of the sun and out of reach of children. Always follow the instructions on the pack.
Are the product photos accurate?
We show each product as clearly as we can. The pack design or colours can differ slightly from the photo when a brand updates its packaging.
