How it works
- You place your order. We prepare it within 1 to 2 working days.
- We hand it to the courier. Delivery then takes 3-5 working days, depending on your city.
- The courier delivers to the address you gave at checkout. With cash on delivery, you pay when it arrives.
Delivery charges
Delivery within Pakistan costs Rs 250, and is free on orders over Rs 3,000. The free-delivery amount is checked after any discount code is applied. The exact charge is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you confirm.
Following your order
If you have an account, sign in and open your orders to see the current status. If you checked out as a guest, contact us with your order number and we will tell you where it is.
Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. The courier may call you before delivery. If nobody can receive the parcel, delivery may be delayed or returned to us.
Damaged or wrong item?
Check your parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will put it right. See our returns page.
